What are some good movies that are worth seeing? I've got holidays coming up and I don't have a job (and the Phoenix aren't playing yet) so I'll need to keep me entertained somehow.

Agreed, it's a brilliant movie. All the Rambo movies are good. The latest one is great as well, people whinge about a lack of plot but it's still amazing, I managed to get it on DVD for $3.90.

I've heard Angels and Demons is really good, might give it a look. Not Star Trek though, by and large I can't stand sci-fi.

I thought it was good. It is the PREQUAL to Da Vinci Code and Ron Howard to his credit tells it in a different way to Da Vinci Code. Mind you I enjoyed all four of Dan Brown's books. T4 is about to release as well.

I thought A&D was very dumbed down and over simplified in comparison to the book... though I guess this is understandable to a degree. ST was good entertainment, if a little predictable - esp given we knew the ending perhaps lol, am a not a Trekkie tho so give way to the purists
