Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's living in Agadez, Niger.  Spending more time in town, Agadez, as bad people in the desert are spoiling the good life.

Dairyflat and his mates share the cost of a personal trainer. Tonight was a hard session. Ran up a hill down through the bush to a football pitch, At the pitch half lap slow/half fast (x6), then half slow/half sprint (x2)...   Dairyflat is knackered. The sprints killed me...  

Then on the road coming down the  hill a car load of teens thought it might be funny to drive close to me. Dairyflat, grumpy git, shouts "cmon if u think your hard...". Car slows, windows come down, and five giggling teenage girls tell me to "go away". As Andy says "not cool mate".
