Need one in Welly, pref between Thorndon (ie: Backbencher) and Willis St (General Prac).

Looking for one that isn't full of wank(ers) and wanna be Floyd Landis's or Arnie's (circa '80's).

Don't need the flashest newest equipment, would prefer more basic (and therefore better value).

Any ideas, suggestions Fevernians?...

Habit ?

Nighthawks Physio is there but think they operate as a small gym as well.  They've got two locations.

How's my driving? - Whine here

Cheers Janelle and HN... am not liking the prices thus far; seems $25,30 a week is the norm - after paying $20 a f/night that sucks the kumara! Welcome back to reality!

Yeah one of my mates suggested that... not all bad - if I'm paying that kinda a money I'm more likely to make more use of it... and that can't be a bad thing!

Beer and bench presses excellent !!

The answer to life's problems are rarely found at the bottom of a beer glass - but it's always worth a look.

If you want somewhere really cheap, Club K in Kelburn.
Salamanca Road, next to the Uni tennis courts.

The walk up the hill will do you good!

Yeah it is. The equipment is quite basic, but I like free weights anyway.

Just don't get the moronic personal trainers to do a program for you. You'll be doing five different isolation exercises for your triceps
I like tautologies because I like them.
