Nah. You deserved to win that. Losing to bays cause of my f**k up was heartbreaking.

I'm heartbroken atm coz i know Birko won't go up, even though we're a great wee club and deserve to, i just know we won't. It sucks.

Yes TL i am young but it still hurts man.

Yep, in the past sure have, easier for keepers to do so than outfielders I reckon.

Rather pissed off today getting smashed by Bays too, not a cool way to end the season

Buff, similar story to us this year. Does suck when your eye is on that goal but next year it is. I'd be more compassionate if I knew you couldn't have another stab next year. Best of luck.

Yeah there's always next year you're right. Sorry i sound like a bit of a sook, just hurts coming so close yet so far, especially for a little club punching above our weight. Thanks for the best wishes, and the same to you :)

Countless rejections. Followed by a dislocated knee.
Took a 2 year break and almost gave up football forever.

And then Naenae gave you a lifeline?

Hibs getting beat 3-0 by Celtic in the 2001 S.C. final (which I travelled back to Scotland from Sydney from, as it was Hibs first S.C. final in 22 years)

When Hibs, went up, to win the Scottish Cup - I wisnae there - furfuxake!

Getting up to at 4am to watch Aaron Ramsey's leg get shattered left me pretty heart broken. That, and getting up any time at stupid o'clock and seeing the Gunners drop points without justification.

Far more times than I care to remember...

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

It's not heartbreak. Heartbreak takes at least a month to get over.

I am over a Nix loss by the day of the next game.

Birko can still go up, can't they?

You can always go and read all that bollocks in the thread about them on that NRFL Forum. That should cheer you up! If you're still in the same division, I might well get along to watch you playing Ellerslie next year. Sounds like it mighht be fun.

We can still go up, but it's not likely.

And yeah i've seen the crap on that forum, it doesn't even rile me up, it just bores me.

Yip. First time I tried a stunning volley outside the box a la Torres or some other such. Bounced hopelessly off my shin and I realised that I couldn't even kick a ball straight, let alone win titles for my beloved club! Still fks me off....
