Half hour to go in the oven. Even if it doesn't turn out at least the flat smells farken lovely!!!

We were talking about this the other night! was going to use Emerson's Taieri Gorge which has a bit of cinnamon in it however. I await to hear how yours turn out.

Went well for 1st attempt.
 
Requires a little refinement for 2nd attempt though.

I have no problems with my Dough let me tell you. And the issue was definately not yeast related.
 
Just needs to tweek a few ingredients thats all
