...My mum gives my brother a Melbourne Victory signed official playing shirt and a $120 sterio and gives me a greenstone necklace. Although I like the necklace and it probally cost around $50 I find it extremely annoying considering he hasnt been into soccer this year as he has been in previous years.

Why would you want a tard shirt anyway.
Just be thankful you got something. A lot of other people aren't as lucky as you

A greenstone necklace is a wonderful gift. Far more precious than a bloody tard shirt.
Stop whinging.

Never mind Tom.
In years to come you'll still have a precious and sentimental taonga.
And your brother will just have a Tard shirt that people have written over.

When the victory played the phoenix in preseason in queenstown they gave the Queentown events centre a signed ball and top. So they auctioned it off and my mum won it. And I wanted it because i dont mind Melbourne and football's taking over my life.

I was gonna get myself a 08 Nix top for xmas 'cause nobody got me anything, gonna save up for a current one though.
I'm guessing Tom's parents went to Melbourne for holiday and thought, 'I wonder if this is the team our boys support, oh well, close enough'. Typical parents

Yes but it is meant to be an elder, if he had said that in the first place. Instead of asking if I was taking the piss. not everyone knows about greentstone and how it is handled.
