Global demand for energy has risen considerably in the past 150 years. This hunger for energy will continue to rise with the rapid growth that the world is undergoing.
Energy entrepreneurs around the world are very much aware of the innumerable number of environmental, social and economic issues related to the use of various traditional energy resources. Hence they are constantly looking out for all the possibilities that can help in developing businesses using clean energy resources like sun, wind and tidal energy. The possibilities of developing a lucrative energy business using clean energy are endless.
Clean energy will help us to build a greener environment, and will also help to stay away from the poisonous gases which are caused by the burning of fossil fuels.  Using clean energy will cut off the energy bills to a considerable extent, as green energy resources are available at a much cheaper rate than traditional energy resources.
Thus the constant pressure to replace the fossil fuels has lead to the developments in renewable energy resources.  As they are non-polluting and enduring, it can be considered as the best alternative to fossil fuels. Hence renewable energy scientists are conducting researches to find out the most lucrative method to extract renewable energy resources. The developments that occur in the renewable energy research field are often published in the latest updates of World Energy News reports, in websites like World Energy Media, as they deal with energy industry and energy investments.

Nuke Earth, move to Mars.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

Gosh, is it real.  I mean solar electricity costs about 4 times flicking the switch at home, plus the price of deep charge batteries is enormous.
One day perhaps, and I'd bet on wave or tidal power as it is fairly constant and predictable.
I bought a 5 watt solar panel to try out charging batteries, good fun, but not much else use really.  Anyone else here with a solar panel?
Hey, even better, anyone here with a nuclear power pack!!!

There's something a bit weird about joining Yellow Fever just to post a rant about renewable energy. I'm all about the environment and sh*t, but that's just a bit sad!

The worlds going to end in 2012 anyway so we might as well burn those fossil fuels while we can.

I thought the scientists recalculated and said 2013? That's when all the solar storms will hit and fry the world, apparently.

Hope the Phoenix win the league before then.

That'll cause them more stress then they'll be complaining about carbon miles because their banana came from Ecuador and their stuffed vine leaves came from Italy.
