Should staff who refuse to get a Employer funded Flu jab be allowed to take paid sick leave when they get the flu?

Discuss.

Read a lot about this a few years ago, mostly WHO stuff and they describe it as a scatter-gun approach and flujabs being dubious but they supported it.

Basically I've seen many people come down with bad colds and have a few days off. That's not the same as Flu. Most people will encounter Flu fairly rarely.

So no it's all HR, drug company bollocks obviously.
