Two things:
 
1.  "He's deeply sorry if he offended anyone, and he is just beside himself because he can't remember."

IF he offended anyone?  FFS take some responsibility you t#sser:  You were drunk you slept, you pissed in the cabin.
 
2. Jetstar - at the forefront of customer service again.
 
Really not sure which of these two is the worse.
