Channel 9's commentary has got worse over the years. Jeremy Wells, Leigh Hart etc need to do their alternative commentary for Aussie games as well

We should employ Billy Birmingham to do our commentaries,  at least they would be colourful.

That pitch for two days out is wickedly green. You wouldn't know it was one unless the roller was on it. Short of burning it, I see a truck load of wickets on the first two days

From memory the Basin over the last few years has looked very green leading into every test and has produced a pretty good batting surface.  I do agree however that if I were an opener I would be very grumpy if my captain didn't do me a favour and win the toss! 

I hope someone has been watching the Big Bash. Hobart set 209 to win and get it with 6 wickets and an over remaining. Cracker of a game!
