I have some CD/DVD sets with music videos and was wondering if it was possible to import a DVD to iTunes?

Not directly.
You'll have to play the DVD on your computer and record the audio using something like Audacity.
Export this to WAV, MP3 etc. then import that into iTunes.
Alternatively you can find some DVD ripping software, e.g. Handbrake.

I gave used dvd audio extractor in the past to rip the audio only from a dvd. Highly recommend.
