I've been getting up 2pm(ish) recently.  Tell you what, it's hard work.

I am having crap luck finding a job, I have just had a long stream of rejection, about 15 turn downs so far (not including the ones where I didn't get a reply, that'd make it about 30)

It really does make me feel useless and pissed off when mates get a job first try. Azevo2009-12-06 15:02:45

Same here. - So i decided that I was going to get creative and try start a business. What my business does is still unknown, all I know is I'll be the owner of the Phoenix....

Finished my first day of full work. Ots pretty simple but quite tiring. Still im rolling in some much needed mony

Did some work at my Dad's work today. $13 an hour for 5 hours, just looked at financial statements and bookmarked certain companies which had over a certain amount. Repetitive but money is money

My contract ends at the end of January where I am now.
And given the current economic situation. It can't be renewed.

Luckily though, Im not gutted at all. I can't wait to finish.

At least you got rejected.  Before I landed my current job I applied at countless places, a healthy 5% actually bothered to tell me that I didn't get it (and no, the other 95% didn't offer me jobs).

It really is a dark place in the world trying to find a job. Would you think the people who reject you and tell you you've been rejected would be the kind of employers you'd wanna work for? Organised and Curtsy.

f**king bull sh*t. igot offered a job but had to decline because i don't have my f**king full license. and it was to be a kitchen bitch at a resturant.. IT MAKES NO SENSE ARGGH

Police Comms are looking for people now too. (111 Service)

Clean Criminal Record and drivers License required. and a 40wpm typing speed awith 95% Accuracy.

What about a fine for driving after 10pm when I was on my restricted... I'm now on my full.

May count as not clean.

Its also Shift work too.
Police comms roster goes on 2 days, 2 nights, four days off as far as I can remember.
Officers go on a different roster so it may be Early mornings, Nights (10pm - 6am) and day shifts.
I really should know this...

Dno if you want the job though, my dads an ex police officer.. i mentioned to him the idea.. he says the stress at that is unbareable if you get someone drugged/drunk/foriegn and can't explain whats happening/where it is lol.

it is sh*t. you;ve got to be at uni or similar to sign up (whcih i'm not) so i can;t get contact details of places. Ugh. spammed out my cv to 50+ resturants today lol

SJS is handy if you are a student, found my past six jobs through them. alot of temporary work which can be ideal through the summer

Roadtrip to Hawkes Bay for fruit picking.Could meet some guests from Europe.
Add Motueka as well.Interesting place in the summer.
