IF the men were armed and the guy thought that they were likely to shoot the attendant then i'm ok with it. If they were unarmed then I agree with Steve-O - should be charged with murder.

I wouldn't want to try it, there is something like a 8 to 1 against chance of succeeding. Usually the person fighting back is shot and killed before the can defend themselves.
