Eh, Kanye has heaps of Grammy's, 12 to be exact, plus a heap of other awards. I'd say he's one of the most talented producer/rappers there are.
Somewhere along the line he went from Soulful hip hop artist to ego-maniac fashion freak that likes auto tune. Not a fan of the 808 album, go back to collaborating with people like Talib and Mos.
