Landlord wanted

Hey guys, my wife and I are looking for a place to rent in the Southern/Eastern suburbs of Wellington (maybe Karori, but mostly looking at Island Bay, Miramar, Kilbirnie, Newtown etc).

Preferably we're after:

• quiet location
• a bit of outdoor space
• somewhere we can keep our cat (so maybe not Karori *cough* Gareth Morgan *cough*)
• near to bus routes
• under $450 pw

If anyone knows anyone trying to let a house that fits this bill in the next couple of months can you please flick me a PM?

The only license I have is a drivers license and that's far too small for us to squat on

I might have something* but can only offer you four years.

Plus there are some metrics that you need to satisfy as well - but I'm going to make these up as we go.
