theres some peer to peer programs you can download. I think Sopcast works ok, also my p2p, PPStream. Then google search for streams. livetv this site normally works but can't get it to open at mo.
Haven't used these in a while but think they work. Anyway after a bit of reading I'm sure you can find something that works.
