NZ food is way better than British food.
Go back there if you think it's better, I'd much rather have our vegetables

HAHAHAHAHA!!!! You are seriously off your trolley if you think your veg is better. Your carrots taste of nothing! Nothing I tell you! Potatoes are the worst I have ever tasted. YOU ARE LIVING IN A Parallel universe.

I would kill for British new potatoes or carrots or leeks from East Anglia

And another thing, why is Lucozade so f**king expensive here? Only cost me 40p at Tesco. Here they charge $2.50!

In fact, food in general here is much too dear.
Its expensive because no one drinks it and tastes like ( i would imagine) cat sick
Food is dear? Grow your own

Yes, yes and yes, but it's the drink that all people of a certain age from Britain were given when ill. I'm talking about an illness range of a slight cold to stomach cancer.

All my memories of being sick involve drinking tepid Lucozade, I sometimes had to unwrap it myself. I've drunk it in my bed, on the settee and also in hospital when I had my tonsils out.

Brother with a cold = Lucozade. Great Aunt dying= Lucozade.

I swear nursing staff and doctors would nod approvingly when they saw you bringing a bottle in to their ward.

To me it reminds me of sore throats and weird fevers BUT if I'm ill there is nothing better in the world.

If this Swine fever gets worse then expect the UK to start shipping out gallons of Lucozade

Is Lucozade really that volatile that it needs coloured cello-wrap to protect it from light damage.

Or purely a marketing ploy?

Whoever said veges in NZ are good has never been to a supermarket in Australia - there vegies are half the price and twice the quality.

I'm sure NZ most export all it's premium grade fresh produce  - because most of the fruit & vegies in the local supermarket are crap.

For example - anybody here able to tell me the last time the didn't get a floury peach from it having the arse frozen off it.

Back in NSW at Xmas - stopped at a roadside stall to buy some peaches and cherries at they were the juciest, most flavoursome fruit I had eaten in years.

When Hibs, went up, to win the Scottish Cup - I wisnae there - furfuxake!
