Mobile phones and cars.
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Let me see if I get this right...

Am driving my car and decide to call my sister, who is driving her car, to talk about Phoenix. Under the new law we will be committing an offence. Fair enough.

Am driving my car and decide to call Bill, who is driving his car, to talk about Phoenix.
Under the new law I will be committing an offence. Bill will not be as he is self-employed and needs to take a "business call".

As I understand it though, hanndsfree car kits are allowed. I'd like to know if Singing to your favourite tunes playing on your Car CD player might be interpreted by some police type person as appearing to be talking on a phone?

Singing in car to some "music" should be punishable by long spells of hard labour. E.g. Anyone under thirty caught singing to the Rolling Stones would get an immediate FIFTEEN year sentence in the gulag. Without any right of appeal.
