He just jumped (from ground level) onto a moving loggers truck. It was awesome.
I hope he does a show in NZ sometime.

Right, tonight "Bear Grylls heads for the icy wastes of the Arctic Circle, where he tackles a frozen waterfall, hunts wild reindeer and battles against some of the coldest conditions".
Should be amazing.

Surely the most dangerous thing in Alabama are the rednecks?

I heard a rumour that he is doing a Man v's Wild in Porirua at the end of the year !
I wonder what size of camera crew he has when he is out there in the "wild" and do they all sit around in front of him eating meat pies and cream cakes when he's eating worms and moss ? Kiwi Jambo2010-03-10 10:48:39The answer to life's problems are rarely found at the bottom of a beer glass - but it's always worth a look.

Come on Yellow Fever!!!!!! We could get him to wear it when he's doing the show! How cool would that be? Climbing a vine wearing a YF Desert Storm hat!

I spotted a potential failure in this episode. Anyone else who watched it tell me what you reckon. At one point Bear Grylls stumbles upon an abandoned building and he says something to the effect of "look at this, looks like it's abandoned and nobodies been here for ages". Sure enough there's snow all over the roof and packed right up the sides against the walls BUT the doorway is completely snow-free. All he had to do was kick a bit of the snow out from the bottom of the door and it opened.
Is that a goof?

No, the doorway cleared due to Bear's awesomeness.

On another note, his shows are FOS
