Yer the gold coast titans. Warriors are terrible this year aye......just terrible. But then again the last 6 on the table are a big surprise too!

Im a Dragons fan although I don't watch it as much I used to. Back in the day when Mark Coyne and Ricky Walford were in the team I watched it every week. Scott Gourley was always my favourite player.

I see the Warriors have brought Vatuvei back in the team this weekend. No prizes for guessing who our opponents will be targeting.

Hahah yer vatuvei aye....what a guy.....Old dragons arent going to well this year. When ya star player gets injured first game of the season it is hard tho.

League is a brilliant sport. Warriors are just going through a bad patch, after they lose to the Storm, I think they will turn their season around.

I think Vatuvei will have a good game this week as he will be coming out with something to prove - all the best for him.

Actually I don't think we will lose to the storm because they have a lot of players who are out with injuries or on origin duty (9 of their players are out I believe).

I still think the storm will win.......I bet the broncos are loving it that they have the bye!

I am big League fan, genrally watch 5-6 games each round. This has been a great season, tyo bad my team Penrith is do damn inconsistent. :(
Warriors were doing well near the beginning but are starting to fall away, I still can't believe Souths are doing half decent.
Titans I always suspected would do well.

4-2? Was there another international friendly on overnight?

Yea it was the under 20s vs the nix.

Yeah 4-2 what a joke, I couldnt believe the score was 2-0 for 71 minutes. Im a Canberra Raiders fan started supporting them in 1990 because they were the team that was winning that year but have stuck with them ever since. I used to be a little Raiders fanatic with all the gear and used to write to Mal Meninga, I still have the letters he wrote back to me haha. Its hard watching them these days though because all the big name players have gone, but they are doing alright. Hopefully the Warriors can sort themselves out too, they made a good start to the season.

Cast your mind back to Dragons v Parra almost exactly a year ago. It was 1-0 after 76 minutes.

Not happy Jan about the origin. Shayne Hayne was awful. Well played Maroons.

Its bad enough his first name is Shayne with the last name Hayne, but they could have done him a little favour and at least spelt his name without the y in it. Yeah I agree with you about him being a rubbish ref, I couldn't believe it when I turned the TV on and saw he was the ref. Wasn't he dropped last year because he was reffing so badly?

Great result in State of Origin last night. Go Queensland!

Hayne has been sacked from first grade twice (unless I have forgotten more, which is possible!). One sacking was uncalled for, the other was.

Brent stewart played a dream! lost me $150!

Yeh Brent Stewart is a try scoring machine. Although I support Queensland and NZ,they have to find a spot for him in the NSW and even Aussie teams if he keeps up that form.

1st Origin game was a lot better than the 2nd. Still good, though. Origin is the only league that is consistantly good - year in, year out.

I just had a thought, how good would it be if two teams consisting of the best players in the world were made to have friendlies against each other to raise money for charity, with e.g. Mason, Wiki, Lockyer etc on one team and Carroll, Tate, Webb, some good Super League players etc on the other team.

Sounds good. As long as they got a few weeks to get organised and used to each other before they play. I wonder how many Kiwis would make the teams. After his performance against the Warriors a few weeks ago Sonny Bill Williams proved he is the best player in the world on his day.

Manu Vatuvei (on a good day) could make the team with ease, as could Benji Marshall - when he isn't injured.

Good result for the Warriors last night. Sorry have to disagree about Vatuvei, hes always been inconsistent and his handling has always been an issue, its just been magnified recently, There is no doubt he has alot of potential. A few Kiwis from the NRL that might make those teams. Roy Asotasi would make it easy, and maybe Kidwell, but I doubt he would be selected. From the Kiwis in England, on their day Lauititi and Paliasina(spelling) would be in with a decent chance. I think it would be Kiwi-oriented forward packs and the Aussies would dominate the backlines with the odd British player.

With Vatuvei it is just a confidence issue, if he can get his confidence he will play well. Great result for the Warriors yesterday, and there should be a similar result against the Panthers next week I think.

The Warriors were never as bad as the press said over the recent run (except for the infamous Eels game).  Good to see them rising again.  I predict a top 8 finish (probably seventh or eighth) and therefore playoff football.

I'm a Warriors season-ticket holder, and the 4 -2 game v. the Storm was the worst game of league I have ever seen in my life. As for Vatuvei, he's league's answer to Jonah Lomu - great when he's got a few metres to wind up and charge through people but a total disaster on defence. He had actually looked better this season, until the Eels game. Good win against the Sharks, and Friday's game v. the Panthers should be a belter. Theere's a Shihad gig at Mt Smart afterwards, free admission with my ticket, so it might be good night.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I couldn't agree more if I tried. The Warriors played darn well some of those games.

Melbourne and Manly leading at the moment, they are both on 24 with an 8 point lead! Titans moved to 5th with their win in the weekend. The middle of the ladder is very tight.

Titans all the way....sea eagles will drop off the pace and the broncos will finish up strong.
