I use Facebook and Google Reader. The latter takes care of most news sites and blogs for me. I also use TSN.ca and HellasVerona.it during hockey and football seasons respectively.

yahoo sports best sport site for American sports, low graphics so quick loading although sometimes has annoying ads. But go there for my boxscore fix.

Goal and bbc sport too. Trademe, imdb, hotmail, gmail, blogger....

and a plethora of design sites, that I doubt anyone would care about. But.... if you do, shameless plug Brands new Zealand (interesting even for non designers) and Design Assembly.
