Player vs Player

In the game, my mate is playing for a team of donkeys against some other players who are (man for man)�not too�bad.� The score is about 6-0 into the second half when a little fat Kenny Sansom is playing for my mates team.� Like anyone, all my mate wanted to do was score at Highbury, and he had been close a couple of times (including a screamer from 30 yards which clipped the angle of bar and post with the keeper rooted to the spot).� With about 5 minutes to go, his team get a free kick just on the edge of the area, and all the team call for my mate to go up and take it.� He is standing there with Sansom, and says "right Ken, I've got this".� The ref blows his whistle, and Kenny Sansom runs up and chips the ball delicately 25 yards over the bar, much to the surprise of everyone on the pitch (and very much to the annoyance of my mate).

For a guy who has played there a few hundred times to do that to a guy who had given up his hard earnt to be there is just the sign of a prick.
