got the girls coming for dinner tomorrow....cooking a curry and usually just make it up as I go...but would like to try something different...if your a cook and have a great curry recipe please post it

My missus is a curry cooking machine. She was taught by a Sri Lankan. See what I can do when I get home.

i reckon it'd be good to post at least one of the recipes up here  - if only to save up from Ginge's effort
 
and if we got enough recipes, in the off-season we could replace MoM polls with a vote for "curry of the week"

When I eat curry, I want it to taste like it actually includes curry power

I had Lamb Madras tonight from that place at Readings, man it was so good. Wished I could have had a garlic naan instead of plain though.
