Kevin-Prince Boateng's stand against racism supported

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Hell yeah!  I am impressed that this happened (the reaction NOT the racism).

It shouldn't need to happen, but it turns out there are some assholes in the world.

Props to this guy and his teammates.

Have just read some of the comments on the article and people believe it will set a precedent for teams who are losing to claim racial abuse and just walk off the pitch.  While I can kinda see where they are coming from, in this instance the ref was aware of the racism there was an announcement over the PA telling them to stop and nothing was done.  Did he have any other choice?  (Genuine question)

End of an era.  Vinnie - It's over.

Lucky no one was killed when he kicked the ball into the crowd.

Three for me, and two for them.
