Sculpture - outside Te papa
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

I went down to the unveiling of some new sculptures between Te Papa and Circa Theatre tonight. They're called (did I get this right?) Green Islands? By a Welligton guy named Regan Gentry. Check  'em out they're pretty good!!

Public art rocks.

Love it, more power to him (despite having a girls name - Regan? FFS!)

If it were on the other end of Waitangi Park, it'd end up being used as a basketball hoop.

But thats okay, I prefer street ball to public art any day
