Some dickheads snapped up 8000 tickets in 3 mins, now the Rugby Union is considering cancelling those tickets as they're making guest appearances on Trade Me already. I hope the scalper lose their money. Selling at face price I don't mind, some people cant attend for various reasons, but profiteering pillocks deserve what they get. Or don't get.

I hope the scalper lose their money. Selling at face price I don't mind, some people cant attend for various reasons, but profiteering pillocks deserve what they get. Or don't get.
Its annoying but really if they don't like the scalping increase the price, if people are willing to pay 300 a ticket then put it at that price. I don't think they would cancel peoples tickets, considering whats stopping me listing a ticket which i don't actually have, on Trademe right now all i need is my ticket as proof and since i can hide my seat number etc i could list a ticket which is in aisle 1 row a seat 1 and they wouldn't be allowed in, even though they got lucky and got their tickets via ticket master

Very easy to cancel tickets and easier than you would think to track down the tickets on Trade Me and who they belong to.

Very easy to cancel tickets and easier than you would think to track down the tickets on Trade Me and who they belong to.
I wouldn't sell mine im so excited that i got some but whats to stop a jealous person who missed out deliberately list tickets they don't have just so they get cancelled by the rugby union, they must be wary of that?clark007e2009-09-29 17:27:22

Wasn't really interested. Only watched the semi-final feat NZ, they got beaten by the Sa's. Only watched 1/2 of the final. I was going for the Sa's.
