Wicked show tonight! Anyone else go?

I saw one guy in a Retro Ricki but his name escapes me.

Are they a tribute band, Harry? Or were Split Enz playing as well!

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I recently got a DVD/CD of them live a couple of years back in Melbourne... it looked the same as when I saw them at the showgrounds (or whatever it's called) in Wellington about 15 years ago... they even did the same thing at the start where they all come on stage in a bag... or is that their trademark?

yer spotted you at the start.  I managed to get front row tickets on the floor.  Decided to put away the RR and donned the white face paint, balck eyeliner and 70's shirt as a tribute.

I saw them in 1993 and was right at the front holding onto the stage railing. Tim Finn was shaking hands with fans near the front as well and I was one of them. Still rates as one of the best concerts I've ever been to and I've been to a few.

One of the few bands that actually connects with their fans. They'll be back because they'll miss that intimacey. Besides, they made some damn good music.

If it hadn't been for the Falklands, Leaky boat would have propelled them in the UK.
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!
