Wellington V Auckland.

 

 

Basically It's a competition between Canterbury and Auckland to see who plays Wellington in the final because they are already have enough points to qualify. The other 3 teams don't have enough points to make it.

 

If Canterbury can secure a first innings Victory or a win they qualify for the final no matter what.

 

However if they lose and don't win the first innings Auckland has the chance to get into the final if they can beat Wellington Outright (Both the win and the first innings victory).

 

Wellington will host the final unless Canterbury can beat Otago outright and  Auckland Beat Wellington outright, in which case it will be held in Christchurch.

 

The team the hosts the final only has to draw it to win the competition where-as the away team has to win it.

 

So hopefully Canterbury can get up over Otago and Auckland over Wellington so I can watch us Thrash you guys in the final .
