I am starting to get back in to it, but is anyone here able to give me a basic training plan to use?? Would be much appreciated because all I'm doing at the moment is sprint training (2 lengths, followed by 30sec rest, then another 2 lengths etc).

do 30 seconds rest every 12 or 6 lengths
