To be honest, I don't follow league at all... so I have no clue about these bets. I just chose what appear to be safe bets.

How about some Cricket World Cup next week?

Cricket is a bit hard to use sadly. Most bookies only have the odds up for the next couple days games, so wouldnt give much time for people to put tips in, and not many options. Things like Baseball/Ice Hockey/Basketball could be interesting, but odds are only posted at most a day ahead.

Centrebet puts the weekends AFL & NRL odds up on tuesdays normally, TAB does Rugby on wednesdays, not sure when Netball goes up. Im sure I could find Football from the UK up with a few days from UK bookies.

You will rarely ever see me put money on the Warriors, particularly this early in the season.

Early season + plus that side of the ditch + don't think Tigers will play that badly two weeks in a row.
All that + the Tiges are my other team so I'm on the fence for this one

Fuck this stupid game

WESTS TIGERS  (1.48)  v  NEW ZEALAND WARRIORS (2.66)
SOUTH SYDNEY  (2.56)  v  BULLDOGS  (1.51)

Keen for some Champions League quarter final tipping.

This lads, is the closest I can be to "all-in"

Not an ounce of actual thought is behind this - but I decided I'll do it anyway.

I really will feel for you if Cronulla go and blow that for you.

Three for me, and two for them.

You aren't "all-in". It's like a $10 multi rather than $10 on each result. That's the rules that Ryan's Rovers stated.

Edit: Insert quote.TopLeft072011-03-16 22:58:27

OH sh*tta I don't really know what I'm doing tbh, so I'd need everyone to win to win my multi?? I thought I was just punting $10 on each game...

I'm glad for him that that particular game is the last in the round - the easiest to pick by a mile.

Yeah but it's all good - If it comes in you'll be leading by a long way unless someone else comes in with something similar. You've made the game quite interesting tbh, all eyes on your bet!

Reckon there should be multi sport bets as well. Super 14, NRL, Football in the same bet.

If he wins that he could not bet for months and probably win the competition!

May I suggest actually going down to the TAB and putting this $10 multibet on 20_legend? You'll be bloody pissed if it comes off and all you have to show for it is some imaginary money in a YF time-filling competition  I'd never be able to bring myself to visit this website again if that happened to me!

You are able to change your bet if you want. The reason why its one $10 bet each week is incase someone put all their balance on 1 outsider, and it managed to come in, it would kinda kill the game quickly. But saying that, if CboZ pulls his off, he will be $600 in the lead after the first week .

Last season, underdogs won on Monday night quite often, it might not be as easy as people think.

Its something I can look at, just more options available to people, the harder it is for me to keep track.

Well I was considering doing just that and heading down to the TAB to throw $10 on it. However I've since decided that if I was to throw real money on it I would lose because I never win anything to do with betting.

Do I get anything for picking these ? Don't normally bet as don't like losing money, so have no idea how the winnings are calculated.

...errr it is play money, yes ?

I didn't see the post match, but Freeman was the only one who picked the Sharkies, I bet he was giving it to the other fellas.

At halftime I realised I had the Drags to win. Damn it all.

CHINA (2.06) v NEW ZEALAND (3.50), DRAW (3.20)
ESTONIA (5.60) v URUGUAY (1.63), DRAW (3.45)
LITHUANIA (3.75) v POLAND (2.00), DRAW (3.15)
COLOMBIA (2.35) v ECUADOR (2.90), DRAW (3.20)
PORTUGAL (1.70) v CHILE (5.00), DRAW (3.40)
MEXICO (2.25) v PARAGUAY (3.15), DRAW (3.15)
