Hi everyone,
My parents recently purchased a DVD recorded, and have burnt the Aussie and Serbia game onto DVD for me.  Now I am wanting to then rip the game into an avi format (or similar) so that I can use it later on in case I lose the DVD.  Can anyone recommend a good free software that can do this for me.
Cheers

Convert to an Ipod sized would lose most of the quality wouldn't it?

First thing that comes up on google, can't vouch for it. I have a mac so use 'Mac-the-ripper' and/or Handbrake.

just make sure whatever software you use doesnt put a nasty big watermark on it.
