Anyone else go at all? Best show I have ever been to, bar none. Highlights:
Who Are You (of course)
Sister Disco (Pete Townshend : 'You should have seen me on the dancefloor... what a c!#$, what a f**king c!#$!'
Eminence Front (Townshend: 'I'm not playing this f**king son)
Townshend: 'Amplifiers these days jst sit there and whine, they don't know how good they've got it compared to when I was young. I'll give you one more chance Mr Amplifier, two chances, three chances, then death!' (unfortunately threats not followed through with but hilarious  none-the-less)

Roger Daltrey: 'We won't leave it 41 years before we come back again'. Townshend: 'It would be pretty hard to leave it 41 years again'.

The whole show really. Well worth 9 1/2 hours on public transport each way.

Oh, and who was the young fella in the 'Nix shirt in the standing area in front of block one? Anyone owning up?

Chris, would have been fantastic.

I wanted to go to it but no dosh right now. I have their Maple Leaf Gardens concert from '82 somewhere and it too was an awesome show. Their 30 years of R&B DVD is VERY good.

Daltrey is a Gooner hahahaha!

Townshend is a QPR fan. he even mentions us in a song from his "White City" CD that's all about Shepherds Bush.
