Looking at a site to help improve my running as I'm always carrying some form of niggle.
Can some one help me with this chart namely principles 2 and 3?

Principle 2: I have large black shorts, not yellow. Anyone know the difference and should I swap?
Principal 3: I get that MC Hammer was very fit, but where would I get a yellow MC Hammer jacket from like the one shown in the chart?
Actually reading the whole site just makes my head hurt.
