Really wanted to go to the Ireland-Wales quarterfinal the other day. Was never affordable, so I went to the fanzone wearing my Irish rugby top and Republic of Ireland flag. Ten minutes before kickoff, a guy comes up to me and asks if I want a ticket. I decline, saying I can't afford it, figuring him to be a scalper. He wasn't - he was given a couple tickets, didn't want to go, so decided to give them away for free. No strings attached. Fifteen minutes later I was in the Ring of Fire. Absolutely made my year.
