It's TicketMaster up here. Hmm

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Maybe Ticketek have got some sort of exclusive deal with the stadium in Welly and that's why we have to suffer the Nix season ticket sh*te every year

They are simply awful. If they can't cope in the industry they are supposed to be experts in, then why are they in business?
I can understand overloading, but errors after getting on and clicking the final send button is just crap

Got the same message, same with another chick I work with.

Flicked them an e-mail, cause my card definately been charged and can't get 'em on the blower.

The girl here who got the same message got a reply form them, and got confirmation that the tickets had been purchased successful, regardless of the error.

Problem is that she went back in and tried again, and now has 8 tickets instead of 4.

Better than none though I suppose...

A very dedicated AC/DC fan!

I should have done the same with Pink Floyd when they played in Sydney in '87. Still i got to see one show.
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

The Ruf, The Ruf, The Ruf is on Fire!!

Enjoy! Still think Fly on the Wall was an awesome Album. And a great soundtrack for Stephen Kings movie Maximum Overdrive.

Ticketmaster do the Egg Chasing here in Welly. I've been a season ticket holder for that are a few years now and never had a problem with getting extra seats near me, Sevens and International seats and moving seats for the new season. When I lost my pass, they said they couldn't print me a temporary ticket for my seat at short notice so they gave me a better seat. I can't praise them highly enough. (Shame about the product really but at least you get to the game without hassle). They even included a free Snapper card with it this season (though the Snapper terminals they installed in the retail outlets of the stadium don't work because they made them wireless and big blocks of concrete and wireless aren't the best of friends)

AC/DC sales didn't make blip on the back end of the EFTPOS system so it wasn't that end of the equation.

I'm slightly disappointed!

I haven't rung ticketek yet, but with two error messages on first 2 goes before success on the 3rd, I fear I have 15 tickets at a cost of $2400

The chances of selling them are minimal with 2 concerts. Won't hold my breathe on Ticketek reversing anything. I'll be ringing VISA tomorrow to put a stop on any extra transactions.

Getting a ticket was a total highway to hell,I shook all night long just waiting then I  got a whole lotta of them from Rosie at ticketek along with my Phoenix season ticket for 2007/08 .
All a bit of a ball breaker but there you go!
