Left over lasagne in a toastie is boss
also crack an egg onto your bread (really need a deep dish toastie maker for this) then a slice off cheese on top), takes ages but the egg will cook through perfeck

Try a sweet one chocolate and jam . works well .

Also my favourite is gruyere ham and seeded mustard S&P sometimes tomato
