Today's Domion Post front page...
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Anyone else think the headline "the terrorism files" was a little OTT?

yep, but I'm now a little more cautious about my earlier stance of viewing the cops' actions as a complete over-reaction and politically motivated

it still could be that, but some of those quotes (albeit out of context) seem to suggest either a fair swag of 'headcase' in one location at the same time, and/or the beginnings of a potentially very dangerous turn of events in NZ politics and a move from civil disobedience to something far more harmful

My impression  is that of the former. " A fair swag of "headcase"". Mind you, as one of my friends said today. Paraphrasing here, "headcases are OK but headcases with guns , that's another matter".
