The series finished last night and whilst i found a lot of it entertaining i was dubious as to how some things failed to even get a mention.
Namely Split Enz or Crowded House. Unless i was otherwise occupied during the brief moment they appeared i don't recall seeing either one mentioned once. (I watched the entire series, not just last night)

Was this NZ "pop culture" the series was looking at?
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Remember that ir followed 'Rock the Nation' which definitely covered off everything Finn and was more music oriented as opposed to Popular Culture that this covered.
