is 7 papers in 2 semesters alot?

Depends which Uni. At Massey, 8 per year is standard. At Waikato (for business at least)it seems to be 8 in first year, then 6 in the following years. 120 credits/points per year is the usual yardstick

I did 6 in two semesters and one over summer school (which took a week) and that was perfect.

Basically if you can keep up with readings you'll be sweet.

I'm doing 3 3 and then 2 over summer. If I fail any this tri I'll pick it up and do it next tri I think.

100's and 200's were sweet with 7 papers.
i would personally strugle doing 4 300's in one tri mester though.

I had to do 5 one semester doing a double degree (well 4 300s and a 100). Wasn't fun. All 5 exams ended up being in the first 3 days of exams as well. Was completely burnt out after the 4th one.
