No you can't. All depends on the seeding i think?
and why are you using UTORRENT anyway.. Torrent is illegal and wrong

Yeah right click on the torrent while it's downloading it. You can actually turn it off from memory? I normally restrict it to 1kbps...

if you right click the icon on your taskbar it will give you the option to limit your upload and download speeds to whatever you want. UberGunner2009-01-16 10:11:38

doesn't slowing down the upload speed also automatically slow down your download speed? or did utorrent not add that annoying feature

Nope. U-torrent lets the trackers set the the dl/ul ratio if required. you are under no obligation to seed at all with u-torrent.

i dont use torrents since im on go large and torrents get sh** speed i just use rapidshare so much better imo
