I use to work at a place where I was 1 of a very few who didn't smoke.  When we went out to the pub I was always left drinking by myself because the others went outside for a ciggy.

Don't see how anyone can spend 13-25 dollars on a pack of toxic chemicals?

Quick question smokers, when i worked at a supermarket and had to sell these people would take an age on what ones they wanted. Why? Do they taste different?

ive got a song that wont take long, Adelaide are rubbish.. the second verse is same as the first.. ADELAIDE ARE RUBBISH

A mate got me into it when I went to EBIS so did it socially for a bit. (Because I thought it was cool.)
I did occasionally and usually at parties when I was drinking until about this time last year.

I think my average when I drank was a bit over half a pack a night.

sh*t habit. And hated that my clothes smelt like smoke the morning after. Made me feel sicker.

I hate the smell of cigarette smoke now. Makes me feel like I did all those mornings.
Same reason why I hate wine. I can always taste it coming back up.Stefan2010-03-01 23:32:14

I smoke cigars. Used to smoke years ago, it was nice. People who say smoking is pointless are idiots. Glad I don't smoke now though.

Yeah, different brands  taste different, but regular smokers usually stick to the same brand.

Sh!t habit, and an incredibly diffcult one to kick once you're hooked.

Never smoked, never will. I'd rather run around a footy paddock/bounce on tramp with daughter/milk cows without gasping for air the whole time.

I hate how most smokers cant even sit through a movie without having to light up. Get all sorts from some at the end of the night when we're closed up,when i tell them they wont be able to get back upstairs to see theire movie if they go out for one...some cant even cope with it and ask for a refund.

Its pathetic.

Allegedly

Meh, people do lots of annoying things - it's just socially acceptable (in fact, encouraged) to bag smokers.

Really drunk annoying people are worse.

62 - 38 split in favour of smokers I reckon.

I mean, I'd rather put up with the stink of smoke than have my fence smashed, letter box smashed, lounge window smashed with by a thrown beer bottle, couch thrown down the stairs into the garden etc by drunk f**ks, all of which has happened to me within the space of a monthCosimo2010-03-02 13:27:29

I hate when you're sitting in an enclosed bus shelter (like the queensgate ones),and someone sits next to you and lights up. FARK.

35/38 dont smoke,surprisingly lopsided statistic.

Wow - what suburb/city do you live in so we can avoid it

I might not smoke or like kissing ashtrays but I miss smoking in clubs. One really notices the B.O at dance parties these days

Just think, if it wasn't for smokers, non-smokers would have to be smug and condescending towards somebody else.....

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I only ever smoke if I'm with mates and they offer me one.  Fortunately I only have one mate who smokes which means I almost never have one and that's fine by me.

I will never buy cigarettes, not just because I'm cheap (and I'm cheap!) but to avoid addiction.

I don't have a problem with the smell, infact, if it isn't strong (I'm talking very weak) it's quite nice.

When I'm 60 I'm going to buy a pipe and smoke it til the cows come home, all the while complaining about youths with their hip-hop and whatever other things they'll be into by the time I'm 60.
