Hello.

As per tradition at Wellington College each year the school fundraises for World Vision. Over the last 12 or so years I think we have raised a total of around $600,000. Last year we were the top earners in the country.

The 'Runathon' as it is dubbed is in a few weeks and as many school students run the 'short circuit' around the school (about 800m) non stop from 6am on a Friday morning till 10pm on the following Saturday night. All funds raised go towards a project in Tanzania.

This is where I would love any help possible from you. If you want, you can sponsor me on a single fee (ie just $20) or a per lap rate (ie $1 a lap).

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

If interested in sponsoring or if you have any questions, PM me or text me 0273890379.

Thanks.

SH.

Just to bring this back up, the actual thing is on this weekend and I will be aiming to run 100 laps. Which is the equivalent of about 80k... so if anyone wants to sponsor that go to http://www.runathon.co.nz/cause/tobyraisesmoney

Your money will make a big difference in Tanzania, all support is appreciated

As will I. Did 100 last year, aiming to repeat that. Though I'll be a bit tied up on Saturday.

Well here's hoping you have more luck with 'the big difference' than Geldof did with Ethiopia

Weather has caved in, but still been running. Only a few tents still up, everything blown to bits.

I reckon it's better at school.

Friday night was awful, worst storm hit the capital it was actually ridiculous. But saturday was pretty good had decent numbers. Raising money is going quite slow though... We'll see. But don't think it'll be breaking any records.
