Wairarapa United AFC away shirt for Central League 2009?:

from the press release:

the woodland creatures and fall leaves denote a wild aspect, a reminder to townie teams such as Olympic and Miramar that Wairarapa are the other; a feral, rampant beast which seeks to feed, which seeks to score.

...i quite like it....

Saw this on the SF home page, I can't read French but if they play a game in that... Can someone translate this...

It means: Whilst some continue to argue the artisic standing of Warhol, there is little doubt that his attempts to design sports apparel were rather sh*te. This was primarily due to an apparent fixation with a young lady wearing a large crown.

If this is even a sport...

Dictionary definition of "sport" is any activity that is both
a) competitive, and
b) involves physical exertion.

Hence, sumo wrestling is a sport.

Then what they wear would have to be one of the worst sports outfits ever.

I reckon Stade Francais do it on purpose:

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I haven't read this thread, but I expect that 90% of the bad shirts would be American Hockey shirts. They are unwearable.
The best shirts are the Baseball shirts. Classic styling that doesn't date. I've got Cubs (my team), Dodgers and Cardinals shirts that all look good.
Nix, Leyton Orient and Alloa Athletic supporting schmuck.

Bad hockey sweaters are def. unwearable, but there are some great ones out there. Usually older designs, like the Canadiens and Red Wings (but not the Leafs, boo! ) Usually it's the areas that don't have naturally occuring ice that make a foul looking jerseys.

As for baseball, there's been some atrocious designs too. Same principle IMO - the teams that keep a classic style (such as those you named, PS Go Cubbies) have great uniforms. But there have been some horrendous ones as well.

I wonder if there was a flood of Google searches for bad baseball shirts after you posted that
