Can you give us the implications in a TL;DR version?
That is the TL:DR version!

Your club needs to be using goalnet or don't bother going to your federation's AGM.
Clubs should be using goalnet anyway, tough shark if they're not, this is football's equivalent of taxing cigarettes to try and weed them out of existence.
I have no doubt that goalnet isn't a particularly good system but nevertheless I understand and agree with NZF requiring that everyone use it. I see the issue more as the way it's being done, through a constitutional stick with no notice or process (at least in aff's case). It's created a whole lot of unnecessary angst through bad communication.

Goalnet is a piece of crap - and even worse NZF don't have the expertise to support it. It's an off the shelf sports solution with very little relevance to football.
