Were refs given a directive this week about players wearing non colour matched "skins" under their strip? This seemed to even happen down the grades.
I would have thought that they had more to worry about than someone wearing a black polyprop top under a white strip.
We have had that directive since the start of the season and to be honest it is Law 4 as well. Yes referees have been told to crack down on it and we are supposed to apply that rule no matter what grade the football is.

Referees in the higher grades are getting "Shamed" when photos are getting put up and players are in the wrong gear etc so there has been a big push for this.
