People going to get used to playing on turf with Upper Hutt and three Island Bay teams in the league!

Or the lower half of Wakefield park?

The draw beyond 1 game ahead has been removed now by Capital Football for some reason, but looking through it earlier, Most of the Island Bay games appear to be on turf. Upper Hutt home games will be generally on the Turf at 3:00ish before the Upper Hutt Central League team kicks off at 5:30.

Looking forward to the season. At upper Hutt we have a mixture of a few good young players mixed with some old (and some very old) heads

Upper Hutt v Stokes Valley.....NO REFEREE,.....not a good look for the rest of the season

No ref for us in Capital four on the weekend, yet Central league game immediately afterward with Ref,  Two AR and an assessor. 

Wonder why an AR could not do the job then do the line in a Central League match? I suppose there is a risk of them pulling a muscle or something but realistically how often does that happen.

Stokes Valley looking strong still. No difference between Cap 4 and 5 in my opinion having played everywhere from Prem-Cap6 over the years. I pick them to finish top 2

You are probably right. They have a number of ex Upper Hutt Players in their squad and play some good football.   

Anyone see stokes Vegas turn over the magpies?

I hope they get back up a few grades. Its a shame what happened to their Cap 1 side a few seasons back

"Long away trip"????.....what are you on about. We do it every second weekend. And love it. Nothing wrong with a 2.5 hour van ride, especially on the way home (win or lose)
