Well said critter. The grounds are a public place. Capital football have no jurisdiction over the wider area of the grounds only the pitch itself. As for the transfer... Last time I checked the English FA are far more powerful and superior than little old Capital Football. If he was to go home and they wanted him transferred I am sure they would and could do it. If they play him or not that's up to them and isn't our problem.
