+1 Teza. A fair reflection of things. A few points to raise a bit off topic regarding some of the teams in the league;
1) what has happened to brooklyn? They beat us 3-1 earlier in the season, yesterday we humped them 6-1 and it could and should have been double digits.
2) are seatoun a chance for promotion? Last week they looked a good side, we were fortunate to beat them. However, the amount of time they spent whinging/diving was to their detriment, and they finished the game with 10 as one of their players kicked out at our man on the ground.
3) Tawa have the second best defensive record, but worsed offense. At real risk of relegation, as is their first team to some degree.
Cheers
Not sure about BNU and was wondering about yesterdays result as they have some good players but seem to have gone off the boil a bit.
Seatoun are not a bad side but I think would struggle in Cap Prem without an injection of a few players. Based on their recent results I don't think they will get promoted but in this strange league who knows.
Again Tawa are not a bad side but like us young and a bit inexperienced which does tell when you look to close out tight games or hang onto slim leads.
Having a core of 2 or 3 experienced players really helps sometimes to settle the gung ho attitude of the younger ones down and organise the team when things are tight. I think its something a number of the younger aged teams in the league lack a little bit (including us if I'm going to be brutally honest). Although in Lower Hutts case this hasn't seemed to affected them to much.
