Just incredible. How can u attempt defence Tessa. I hv asked my friends at Uni, they thought had transferred in gd faith. Used same process for four others from yr "club". Cap Foolball accepted for four, their system hiccuped for one and u of no sporting bone pounced.

As others say, yr "club" now despised. All watchers hope u w still get relegated, even after have stole six points. Yr "club" does not no meaning of term.

Right I'll give my final comments on these matters below. I feel it doesn't serve any purpose to discuss it any further as no amount of reasoning or discourse from me will change anyone’s mind, so that’s where I will leave it.

In regards to the Uni issue, the other players were transferred as per regulations and final clearances were received from NW. The last  player was not cleared by NW so the transfer didn't go through (actually as far as I am aware no transfer or clearance request was ever seen by NW for this particular player until after the protest had been lodged and Uni realised there was a problem). The fact that no confirmation was received from NW unlike the other players should have raised a red flag at Uni but for some reason it did not (this is something for Uni to look into and perhaps work to improve their procedures) .

Look at the end of the day the rules state that it is the responsibility of the player and the club to ensure all transfers are completed according to regulations, this wasn't done, so end of story.

Just in case people aren't aware, there were a number in depth enquiries into this matter (including one by NZ Football) and all found in favour of NW, case closed.

I've given my thoughts on the underage player issue and the guys on this forum from Karori know where I stand on the matter.

TwitchinSphinter even though your post is mostly an illiterate ill-informed rant, I'm still more than happy to engage with you in further conversation around actual football matters (Cap 1 in particular) in future.
