If 4 teams went up to cap 6, how did North Wellington keep 2 teams in cap 6? I was in one of them last year and for a new team with mostly U21 players playing their first season of senior football it was just far too high a level for most players. Fair enough if it was competitive games, but if you're losing on average 8-0 every week, even to the other bottom teams who are also losing most weeks, it's just clearly an unsuitable level for the team. I switched clubs this season to play a bit lower down and enjoy it more, and avoid being stuck in the same team at too high a level again.

Was surprised to see North Wellington still have 2 teams in 6 this year, my one at least should have gone down. Looks like they are doing a bit better this year but could be a mostly different team as the few I've spoken to are either not playing or playing elsewhere at lower levels this year.
